          My Current P90X Diet Plan

           
           

          I’m in my 2nd month of the P90X and have seen some great results so far. I think the P90X program is fantastic and has shown some great results, but another very important aspect of any routine is ensuring your diet makes sense given your goals. My goals are to cut fat, trim my gut, and maintain my strength and endurance overall. My diet consists of the following: – Low Fats – Low Sugars – Low Sodium – Low Carbs – High Protiens – LOTS of water (1.5 – 2 gallons per day) – Unsweetened tea for energy boost I’ve lost just under 15 lbs in my first 30 days and this diet makes me feel much better mentally and physically than my old routine of eating fast food or at a restaurant 2-3 times a day and drinking at least 1 soda per day. Mainly, read the labels, watch your intake, and drink lots of water to keep things moving and flushed.
