This video just kind of shows my plans for my preop diet before my surgery. I’m scheduled for surgery November 13, 2009. I plan on starting the preop liquid diet 2 weeks prior to the surgery. I just bought some whey protein supplements recently. I found some ideas for the protein drinks here on youtube.
