This video is about what my exercise plan is now and what my exercise goals are. Currently I am walking 3.0 miles an hour at a 0 degree incline for an hour. I plan to increase the incline 1 degree for every pound lost up to 15 degrees. Then I plan to increase the speed .1 every five pounds till goal weight. I am currently swimming 60 laps a day I plan to swim an extra 5 laps for every 5 pounds lost. These are my exercise goals. My message is “diets” don’t work.
